A client platform is only worth trusting if you can walk away from it. This page states plainly what you can take with you, how long you keep access after cancelling, and where your data lives — no lock-in, no hostage-taking.
Taking your data out
Your client records, session summaries, and the files you and your clients upload are yours. If you decide to leave, we will provide a copy of your workspace data on request — your clients, their session history and summaries, action items, and uploaded resources.
Files stored in your workspace (client resources and uploads) can already be downloaded directly from the app in their original format.
A self-serve, one-click full export is on our roadmap. Today, request your data and a human on our team packages it up for you.
90 days of access after you cancel
Cancelling should not mean the door slams behind you. As a stated policy, when you cancel we keep your workspace and its data available to you for 90 days so you can retrieve what you need and move it wherever you are going. No rush, no same-day cutoff.
Hosted in the EU
MentPass data is hosted in the European Union. Where your data lives, which analytics connections are read-only, and the subprocessors involved are laid out in plain language on our data page.
Why this matters: 2025 was brutal for coaching platforms
