Pricing questions
What counts as a client?
A client is an active client profile in your MentPass workspace. Deactivated profiles do not count against your plan limit.
Do I need Fathom or Fireflies?
You need a supported Fathom or Fireflies plan for meeting imports. MentPass does not record calls itself. Fathom can provide recording links, transcripts, summaries, and suggested action items; imported suggestions remain pending until the client accepts or dismisses them.
Do I need a scheduling tool?
Bring your TidyCal, Calendly, or Cal.com link for booking. Calendar sync is native through Google Calendar.
What happens when I hit my client limit?
You can move to the next plan before adding more active client profiles. MentPass does not add per-client fees inside a plan.
Can I import existing clients?
Yes. Import and setup support varies by plan; where included, it helps bring your current client list and core records into MentPass.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. Files can be downloaded directly, and the remaining workspace data can be packaged for export on request.
Where is my data hosted?
MentPass application data is EU-hosted, with files available for direct download and a packaged workspace export available on request.
Is MentPass related to MentorPass?
No. MentorPass is a mentor marketplace; MentPass is the client portal for running your own practice.
How much of the client portal can I brand?
Inside MentPass, you can apply your practice name, short name, logo, and primary colour to the signed-in client workspace. Custom domains are not currently available, and the login page keeps the MentPass identity.
