A scoped API for client records, plus generic HTTP for Zapier and Make
Mentor-issued API keys give external tools scoped, permissioned access to client records, decisions, questionnaire assignments, tasks and eligible workflow runs. Signed webhooks report record changes with delivery history.

Use Zapier or Make through HTTP
A generic HTTP request can connect your own automation to the MentPass API — for example, look up a CRM contact, create the client record if needed, and assign an onboarding questionnaire.
This covers Webhooks by Zapier and Make's HTTP module. It doesn't include a dedicated MentPass app, a connector catalogue, OAuth or an MCP server.
A clear boundary for each integration
Choose the permissions the automation needs. Keep API keys in the tool's protected connection settings.
Private notes, transcripts and other private fields require separate access. Webhook events follow the documented event contract.
Connection questions
Does MentPass record my calls?
Fathom or Fireflies handles recording and transcription through your own account. MentPass imports the supported meeting record. Eligible meetings can also use a pasted or uploaded transcript.
Can analytics integrations change an ad campaign?
No. Analytics access is read-only. It shows connected-account reports for discussion; campaign changes stay in the original advertising platform.
Can workflows call another service directly?
The retained workflow scope contains MentPass actions, conditions and delays. It does not include external action steps. Separate tools can use the scoped API and supported webhook events.
Are dedicated Zapier or Make apps included?
No dedicated app is included in this release. Use the generic HTTP-request pattern with the MentPass API on an eligible plan.
