1. Overview

MentPass is a private coaching platform for mentors and their clients. Access is provided through a mentor or workspace owner.

2. Account Access

Accounts are created by your mentor. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You may change your password at any time from the Settings page.

3. Platform Use

You may use the platform to:

View meeting summaries, recordings, and action items
Track and manage your marketing tasks
Ask questions and communicate with your mentor
Connect your analytics accounts to view marketing performance
Access resources shared by your mentor
Book mentoring calls

4. Analytics Integrations

When you connect your Google or Meta accounts, you grant MentPass read-only access to your analytics data. We will never modify your account settings, create or edit campaigns, or take any write actions on your behalf.

You can disconnect your accounts at any time from the Settings page. Disconnecting will remove stored OAuth tokens and stop data syncing. Previously synced analytics snapshots will be retained unless you request deletion.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. Your analytics data, questions, messages, and other content remain yours. We claim no ownership over any data you provide or that is synced from your connected accounts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to access other users' data
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

7. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Termination

Your mentor may deactivate your account at any time. Upon deactivation, you will lose access to the platform. You may request deletion of all your data by contacting your mentor.

9. Limitation of Liability

MentPass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any marketing decisions made based on data displayed on the platform. Always verify critical data directly in your analytics platforms.
